I’m Leigh, the creative mind behind a glam good time.
I believe the best celebrations aren’t remembered simply because they were beautiful. They’re remembered because they made people feel like they’d stepped into another world.
That’s the magic I love creating.
For more than 30 years, I’ve been bringing people together through events and experiences—from conferences, trade shows, networking events and galas to milestone celebrations, themed parties and everything in between.
But somewhere along the way, I realized something:
While I loved planning successful events, what truly lit me up was creating the experience.
I became fascinated by the little details that make guests stop, smile and say, “Did you see that?” The unexpected moment. The clever detail. The statement piece that nobody saw coming. The table that makes everyone want to take a picture.
Those are the moments that turn a party into an experience.
That's what inspired me to create A Glam Good Time.
Today, A Glam Good Time is a place for people who love to celebrate creatively—and for those who want a little help turning their ideas into something extraordinary.
Through my editorial content, I share party inspiration, themed celebrations, entertaining ideas, tablescapes, DIY projects and the creative details that can transform an ordinary gathering into something guests will remember.
And when you want more personalized help bringing your own celebration to life, I offer several ways to work with me—from The Party Vision Session, where we turn all those ideas and Pinterest inspiration into a cohesive plan, to The Full Shebang, my custom event design experience for celebrations that deserve a completely personalized approach.

A Little More About Me
I grew up in Kansas (Rock Chalk Jayhawk!) before making Maryland home. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of Kansas and a Master’s degree in Tourism Administration with a concentration in Event & Meeting Management from George Washington University.
My professional event career has given me the opportunity to plan and produce an incredibly wide range of experiences, and that experience shapes the way I approach every celebration I create.
I bring both sides of the equation to A Glam Good Time: the professional event expertise to make an event work and the creative imagination to make it unforgettable.
Because I believe every celebration deserves at least one unforgettable detail.
